How to Order

Contact AnaYoga using the Contact Me link.
List the items you are interested in purchasing, along with any questions you may have. Please include your email so that I can respond to you personally. Your email will only be used for AnaYoga purposes, and will not be distributed to any third party. If you are a yoga instructor, studio or business wishing to make larger purchases, please ask about my bulk discount rates.
You will be contacted within 1 business day regarding your order. Any questions will be answered and availability of products will be confirmed. If an order is placed, you will be sent an electronic invoice to review and confirm. In the interest of preserving trees and our natural resources, hardcopy receipts will be mailed with order only by request.
All Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST.
Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location, and shipping preferences. I will determine the exact cost of shipping, and confirm this with you on your invoice.
Payments can be made by money order, business or personal cheque, or PayPal. Instructions on doing so will be sent to you by e-mail. Once payment is received (cheque or money order is cashed and cleared, or PayPal transaction is confirmed), your order will be immediately shipped according to your preferences.
Insurance is included with all orders, and your order can be traced. Please contact me if you do not receive your products.
Once you receive your order, let me know what you think. I am always looking for ways to improve my products and services, and I’d be happy to hear from you!

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me. You must return all items in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of purchase. Please include a note, or contact us with a reason for your return, along with your order #. Upon receipt of item(s), you will be reimbursed the full price paid for the item(s), including any taxes paid, less shipping costs. Insurance/tracking is strongly recommended in order to trace your return. I can not issue refunds for items that do not reach me!

Disclaimer

All products should be used for their intended purposes. Never use any yoga prop or product without proper instruction from a qualified instructor. Do not start any exercise regime without consulting your healthcare professional. Keep products away from young children, especially such items as yoga straps and anything that can pose as a possible choke hazard. AnaYoga will not be held responsible for any damage or harm done. Please use common sense, and enjoy your AnaYoga products responsibly.
